Here is what you need to know:

  • We arrange an independent contractor for larger pieces of furniture including lamps, mirrors, and drum stools. Please email us your details and we can provide a quote for delivery fees.
  • We calculate shipping within Australia using the size, weight, and fragility of your item/s. This helps us ensure that your purchase arrives intact and undamaged. We use Australia Post (registered) or TNT Express for smaller items
  • You will need to sign for your item/s at the point of delivery for all parcels sent via registered post or courier.
  • If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of its dispatch, just get in touch via email at [email protected] so that we can look into this for you.
  • All of our bone inlay pieces can be shipped Australia-wide, with commercial grade packaging to ensure the safe arrival of your Gallerie B x Joshua and Jane bone inlay piece.

Returns and Exchanges

Change of mind

We will happily offer a credit note or exchange for a bone or pearl inlay Gallerie B x Joshua and Jane piece returned within 14 days of purchase, given that the piece is in the same condition in which it was purchased and/or the original packaging.

We apologise that we cannot offer refunds for full or part payment for change of mind.

Credit Note

Gallerie B x Joshua and Jane credit notes can be applied to any other online products.

Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact the Gallerie B team at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item.

After discussing the details of your exchange with our team, you will need to return your piece by return fragile postage. Once the item arrives safely and is confirmed to be in the same condition in which you purchased it and/or in the original packaging, we can commence the exchange process.

Damaged Goods

Premium quality craftsmanship is of utmost important to us. Each Gallerie B x Joshua and Jane bone inlay and pearl inlay piece is carefully inspected for faults and imperfections before sale. If a piece is deemed faulty, we will offer a refund, replacement, or a credit note.

To initiate a refund, please contact us on [email protected] within 48 hours of purchasing or delivery of your item. Please include images and details of the damaged item in your correspondence with us.

Whilst working with you, the Gallerie B team will assess the faulty or damaged piece and organise for a mutually suitable course of action. This may be a refund, replacement, or partial credit. We are dedicated to reaching a fair outcome which you are happy with.

Warranty

We are passionate about quality control and attention to detail.

All Gallerie B x Joshua and Jane products are covered by a 12-month warranty.
